ContentMender exists because Ron Lieback saw an industry full of broken promises and decided to build something better.
With over two decades of experience in writing, digital marketing, SEO, and business development, Ron has built his career at the intersection of storytelling and search. Trained as a traditional journalist with degrees in English and Journalism from Wilkes University, he started his writing career at a newspaper before moving into the digital space in 2005.
Ron founded ContentMender in 2017 after witnessing firsthand how agencies prioritized billable hours over client results. His vision was simple: build a lean, expert-driven agency that delivers real organic growth without the overhead, the fluff, or the empty promises.
